Navigating Your Dashboard

The dashboard is your central hub for managing services, domains, billing, and support. It's accessible at /dashboard after logging in.

Dashboard Layout

The dashboard uses a two-column layout:

• Sidebar (left) — navigation links and your user profile summary
• Main content (right) — the active page's content

On mobile, the sidebar is hidden and accessible via the menu.

Sidebar

The sidebar shows:

• Your profile — avatar (Gravatar or initials), name, and email
• Navigation links — all dashboard sections listed below
• Order New — a highlighted link to the pricing page for ordering new services
• Sign Out — logs you out of your account

Dashboard Overview

The overview page (/dashboard) gives you a snapshot of your account:

Greeting and Quick Actions

A personalized greeting based on the time of day ("Good morning", "Good afternoon", or "Good evening") with quick action buttons:

• New Service — go to the pricing page to order
• Register Domain — go to domain search
• Refresh — reload your dashboard data

Unpaid Invoices Alert

If you have outstanding invoices, a prominent alert appears at the top showing the count and total amount due, with a direct link to pay.

Stats Overview

Four stat cards at the top of the page:

• Active Services — number of active services (links to Services)
• Domains — total domain count (links to Domains)
• Unpaid Invoices — number of unpaid invoices (links to Invoices)
• Amount Due — total amount owed (links to Transactions)

Recent Activity

Below the stats, the overview shows your most recent services and domains with quick access to details and actions.

Dashboard Sections

Services

View and manage all your hosting, server, and product services.

• Search by service name, domain, or custom nickname
• Filter by status: Active, Suspended, Terminated, Pending, Cancelled
• Switch views between grid and list layout
• Custom nicknames — rename any service for easier identification
• Each service shows its name, domain, status, billing cycle, and renewal date

Domains

Manage your domain portfolio.

• Search by domain name
• Filter by status: Active, Pending, Expired, Grace Period, Redemption
• Expiry monitoring — domains expiring within 30 days are highlighted with a warning
• Each domain shows its status, expiry date with countdown, nameservers, lock status, and WHOIS privacy status

Invoices

View and pay invoices.

• Filter by status: All, Unpaid, Paid, Cancelled, Refunded, Overdue
• Search by invoice number or amount
• Stats summary — counts and totals for each invoice status
• Pay individual invoices using Stripe (credit/debit card)
• Mass payment — select multiple invoices and pay them all at once
• Partial payments — pay a custom amount less than the full balance
• Print or download any invoice

Support

Create and manage support tickets.

• Create a new ticket — choose a department, set priority (Low, Medium, High), and describe your issue
• Filter by status: Open, Awaiting Reply, Customer Reply, Closed, On Hold, In Progress
• Search by subject or keywords
• Ticket counts shown for each status

Transactions

View your payment and transaction history.

Affiliates

Manage your affiliate account if enrolled in the referral program.

Profile

Manage your account details, security settings, connected accounts, billing methods, and preferences. See Managing Your Profile for details.

Top Navigation Bar

The main navigation bar (visible on all pages) includes:

• Logo — links to home
• Mega menus — Pricing, Hosting, Domains, Services, and Learn More sections with dropdowns
• Theme toggle — switch between light and dark mode
• Language selector — change display language
• Currency selector — change your preferred currency
• Notifications bell — view real-time alerts about invoices, services, and domains
• Cart icon — view items in your shopping cart (shows item count badge)
• User menu (when logged in) — quick links to Profile, Services, Domains, Invoices, Tickets, and Sign Out
