Managing Your Profile

Update your personal information, address, billing, and connected accounts

Your profile page is the central place to manage all your account details. You can access it by clicking your name or avatar in the top-right corner and selecting Profile, or by navigating to Dashboard → Profile.

The profile page is organized into six tabs.

Profile Tab

The default tab shows your profile header and editable personal information.

Profile Header

Your profile header displays:

  • Avatar — pulled automatically from Gravatar based on your email, or shows your initials
  • Name and company (if set)
  • Email address
  • Status badges — Verified account, VIP status, affiliate enrollment
  • Connected social accounts — icons for any linked Discord, GitHub, or Google accounts
  • Account credit balance

Personal Information

Click Edit Profile to update:

  • First Name and Last Name
  • Company Name (optional)
  • Email Address — changing your email requires entering a verification code sent to your current email
  • Phone Number

Address Information

Your billing and service address:

  • Street Address and Address Line 2
  • City
  • State / Province
  • Postal / Zip Code
  • Country (dropdown)

This address is used on invoices and may be required for domain registration (WHOIS data).

Contacts Tab

Manage additional contacts on your account. Contacts are useful for separating billing, technical, and administrative responsibilities.

Each contact has:

  • Full name, company, email, phone, and address fields
  • Email notification preferences — toggle which email types each contact receives:
    • General emails
    • Product emails
    • Domain emails
    • Invoice emails
    • Support emails

You can add, edit, or delete contacts from this tab.

Security Tab

Manage your password and two-factor authentication. This tab also shows read-only account details:

  • Client ID
  • Account status (Active, Suspended, etc.)
  • Member since date
  • Credit balance

Connected Tab

View and manage social login connections for your account. Supported providers:

  • Discord
  • GitHub
  • Google

From here you can:

  • Connect a new provider — redirects you to the provider to authorize, then links to your account
  • Disconnect a provider — removes the link (you can still log in with your email and password)
  • See which email and name are associated with each connected account

Billing Tab

Manage your saved payment methods and view your account credit.

  • Saved Payment Methods — add, view, or remove credit/debit cards stored via Stripe
  • Account Credit — displays your available credit balance, which is automatically applied to new invoices

Preferences Tab

Customize your account experience:

  • Notification Preferences — toggle email notifications, invoice reminders, domain expiry alerts, and marketing emails
  • Language — choose from available languages (English, Español, Français, Deutsch)
  • Currency — select your preferred billing currency
